The domains of professional practice require our expertise about universal, individual, multi-cultural, cross-cultural, multi-linguistic, and cross-linguistic elements of communication.

  • “Multi-” means many. “Cross-” is your bridge from yourself to one other specific colleague, student, manager, or research participant.
